| ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE | To perform the duties of Customer Retention and Customer Servicing. Promote and cross-sell LGA's suite of products and services to existing clientele. | Diploma Holders or A' Levels and equivalent. At least 1 year customer service or sales experience in an IT/Call Centre environment is preferred. Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skill. |
| PRODUCT EXECUTIVE | Marketing of products and services to meet customer and company's strategic business objectives. Drive organize and manage all marketing and promotions activities. Compile and document product-related information and develop product collaterals. | Diploma or Degree Holders with at least 1 year marketing or product management experience is preferred. Experience in IT industry will be an added advantage |
