Title Responsibilities You should have
ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE To perform the duties of Customer Retention and Customer Servicing. Promote and cross-sell LGA's suite of products and services to existing clientele. Diploma Holders or A' Levels and equivalent. At least 1 yr customer service or sales experience in an IT/Call Centre environment is preferred. Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skill.
TELEMARKETER Lead generation via cold-calling. Data collection from customer/prospect. Clean up and maintain database. Good command of spoken English. Ability to speak with corporate professionals of all levels. Telemarketing and/or IT background preferred.

Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
